Air conditioning issues persisted throughout the stay, making the hot nights uncomfortable. The shower’s hot water was unpredictable, with one evening experiencing a complete lack of hot water. Found the noise levels unbearable, especially from the nearby club which shook the room until the early hours. Cleaning left much to be desired, with leftover hairs in the shower and an overall average cleanliness that didn't meet expectations.

I loved that I could easily walk to landmarks like Casa Batlló and Parc Güell while staying here, making my city strolls so enjoyable and convenient. the spacious room also made it great for unwinding after a full day of exploring.

The location was marvelous, really easy to get around on foot, and the staff were unbelievably friendly. One afternoon, we enjoyed some free drinks, and the kids had a blast while I took a breather on the lovely balcony.
